Azhagiri Construction ventured as a registered Class 1 contractor in Tamil Nadu Housing Board.in 1986 to its record it has carried out many prestigious projects such as construction of residential flats, commercial complex, Road projects, Bridges bus stands etc… We are well experienced in all Civil Engineering works including water supply, electrification and sanitary.

Our upright dealings with customers with transparency of dealings, maintaining quality of construction with a time bound planning. Our innovative approach in achieving a prestigious position of stewardship in the field of Civil Engineering and Real Estate is well known among our valued customers. We are very much keen in maintaining customer relationship with at most care and priority.

Proprietor

Mr S.Perumal, Proprietor, has been in the field since 1966. With his rich experience we have recently executed many Housing Projects.
Our projects have mostly been executed on our own land with a view of creating confidence and trust amongst the purchasers. Our purchasers themselves are our esteemed Ambassadors to our new projects.

We have executed more than 10 residential layouts in Chennai which are adorning the schemes with new houses.
